Este Villa by Betterplace

It was exactly how it was shown in the images. No catfishing or scamming.

The villa itself was beautifully designed and offered a luxurious, relaxing retreat. However, one aspect of our stay was unsettling. While we were out, staff entered the villa to replenish the shampoo and body wash we had requested earlier. Returning to find the villa open was uncomfortable and quite distressing. To their credit, the team acknowledged the lapse immediately and handled the situation with care, ensuring we felt reassured for the remainder of our stay. Still, it would be preferable for any housekeeping or replenishment to be done only when guests are present or with explicit consent, to maintain the sense of privacy and exclusivity expected from a luxury property.

Great layout, super clean, comfortable and safe with a combo lock, gate and security camera!

The grid by the pool is broken and it takes up most of the walk space so cannot be avoided so a little dangerous
