Staybridge Suites Greenville - Medical Center by IHG

We stayed at the Staybridge due to husband being placed in ICU at ECU. Staff very friendly - I kept having to add to the reservation (extending stay) and they were courteous and understanding. Joseph - kitchen staff was always smiling and willing to help. Veronica (along with front desk workers) was very helpful!

This is a great new hotel and has more than enough to make the stay comfortable

This is my 4th stay at this hotel. My husband and I love this hotel is clean staff friendly and great location

Sending a special shout out to Chris for helping me and my daughter take our bags to our room. You really didn't have too but thank God you asked because we were struggling(lol)...also Sending a special shout out to Trey because he was definitely running the show. He happily assisted us with our clean towels/rags/blankets and toilet paper. Saturday night was a busy/wild night, but he assisted everyone, and he did not fold under pressure. He's going to make a great future general manager. Pros:the soda fountain drink machine in the breakfast area, clean room, clean lobby, bacon for breakfast, location, and great staff. Please give everybody a raise, especially Trey and Chris 🙂

Cons: Rotten eggs smell coming from my bathroom vent/fan, please install more elevators we had to walk a half a mile just to get to our room, couldn't adjust water pressure in the shower, using the room key to operate the lights was annoying, and no swimming pool
