Maison vraiment au calme, face à la mer et au milieu des champs : la vue de la terrasse est superbe, la nuit aucune pollution lumineuse, les voisins les plus proches sont à 1 km (ça implique d’avoir un véhicule et aimer la solitude) Ancienne demeure restaurée récemment et ameublée simplement mais avec goût

Grande pièce commune sans séparation (hormis un paravent), donc intimité limitée si voyage à plusieurs

I was looking for a remote property, away from people but yet close to the city. If you are into nature, cows all around you and stunning views of the ocean… then, you came to the right place

I think the owner should give a little more attention to the lighting. Most of the light sources are plug in lamps, unfortunately not of good quality, for, the shades fall apart…. most bulbs are different colors, some warm and most white lights, the kitchen has a flourescent strip light on the wall that doesn’t do much at all. My suggestion to the owner is to spend some money in better lighting, inside and out. The sofa beds in the living area also is of poor quality. The spring box matresses squick so much that it is bery unconfortavle to sleep in and rhe noise bothers the person sleeping in the bed which is separted by a wooden partition. The bathroom is of a good size but you should provide a full door where the toilet is. As of now, there is only a a half swing door, sort of the ones you would find in a cowboys bar , swings in and out. If you are a group larger than a couple, it becomes unconfortable for noise and odors. Asides one must go through the “main sleeping area” to acess the bathroom. ATTENTION: The front door, main entrance, only can be open with a key. If you are outside, please, make sure you sexure the door open or have the key with you at all times. It happened to me. Luckly I happen to leave one window open, so I climbed from the street into the small balcony and let ourselves in. My cell phones were inside, otherwise, we would have had a big problem, for, no pjone to call and had no idea whom to call. This review is not intended to be destructive but constructive. With all the accomodations available, it is important that you listen to your guests so you do a good business

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We experienced it all during our time there: wind, sun, mist, fog, and rain — and we loved every moment of it. It was the kind of place that makes you slow down and truly relax. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature at its best.

The only minor downside was the humidity, but it’s completely understandable given the climate. We made sure to open all the windows and doors regularly, which made a huge difference. The weather was quite humid most days, so while it didn’t bother us, it might be something to keep in mind for anyone more sensitive to that.

The house smelt stale. The sofas are old and uncomfortable and again smelt stale. The toilet door was marked and didn’t feel nice. The shower is clean and sink area is clean but basic. But only had one bath towel for our 3 nights stay. I’m sorry but I didn’t feel relaxed and comfortable here and I have to be honest because I was disappointed when I arrived.
