Mohomed the manager and Safia the cook were so warm and friendly. Mohomed helped sort out sim cards for our phones, brought Moroccan tea to our rooms and made excellent recommendations for places to eat. Could not rate riad Babette any higher.

Mohammed and Safia are really kind and welcoming.
The room was clean and on the terrace (which I liked it a lot especially for the amazing breakfast).
In the Medina, close to restaurants and literally 2 mins walk from the old walls for beautiful sunsets.
I would definitely come back🤗

"Riad Baber is perfectly located within the Essaouira medina, right next to the port. You can explore the entire city on foot. The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, rich, and of very high quality. They also offer dinner, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try, but it must be exceptional based on how it looked when served to another family. The room we stayed in was spacious, though nothing special in terms of decoration."
"The issues I noted were that the stairs leading to the upper floors and the terrace are very narrow and difficult for older guests or people with mobility issues. Additionally, there is a cooking smell from the kitchen that enters the room during the morning and evening hours."
