The staff were very attentive, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. They even prepared a breakfast bag for us as we had to leave very early.

Very nice, clean and well located Riad. The staff Is kind and breakfast Is abundant and good served in the terrace.. surely recommended.

The location grabs you first: a prime spot nearby to the ramparts, at the end of a short derb in the Medina. Then the design details welcome you, with floors in traditional bejmat tiles and a courtyard-atrium that beckons you to take the steps onto the rooftops. Moroccan breakfast on top of the Medina was excelent (and the room was immaculately clean, with high-quality linens, comfy towels and robes)

"Riad Baber is perfectly located within the Essaouira medina, right next to the port. You can explore the entire city on foot. The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, rich, and of very high quality. They also offer dinner, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try, but it must be exceptional based on how it looked when served to another family. The room we stayed in was spacious, though nothing special in terms of decoration."
"The issues I noted were that the stairs leading to the upper floors and the terrace are very narrow and difficult for older guests or people with mobility issues. Additionally, there is a cooking smell from the kitchen that enters the room during the morning and evening hours."
