Le calme absolu dans la résidence et dans le quartier, la vue époustouflante de la mer par toutes les fenêtres de l'appartement, l'accès direct à la promenade Marcel Proust. Un superbe appartement.
Avec un réseau wi-fi en plus et un peu de tri dans les équipements de la cuisine l'appartement mériterait un 9 ou même un 10. Il faudrait faire nettoyer la hotte et le lave-linge. Le reste des équipements était quand même bien.

La deco un peu vieillotte mais c’est un détail et une petite table sur le balcon serait parfaite 😉
