Locatie is goed. Binnen 3 minuten op het strand en het strand is redelijk rustig. Veel parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar en ligt vlakbij een supermarkt. Op 20 minuten lopen is l'estartit, met leuke en goeie restaurants. Het appartement had wel alles, airco, balkon en wasmachine dus je hebt alle faciliteiten.
Het appartement is klein. Wordt geadverteerd met ruimte voor 6 mensen maar met zijn 2en was het al krap. De keuken is niet groot, de bovenste slaapkamer is lastig te betreden wegens een trap en de douche was zeer klein
