The apartment is very good with a good location in Boa Vista, however the bathroom needs maintenance so the shower was c

apartment has a beautiful view It's near a market near a currency exchange office if you want to exchange money. There are some restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was clogged, so you couldn't take more than five minutes in a shower because it would flood the entire tub. On Thursday morning the fire alarm rang for over an hour it was disturbing a very loud noise ringing I had to text them several times I saw him check what had happened.

Basically pleasant flat but our stay spoilt by problems that could be easily remedied .

Good location to stay for a family funeral . Spacious . Could have been cleaner , especially the access hallway and stairs .

No wifi . After several requests to the owners this wasn't fixed and they were disingenuous with their response . Dangerously hot , unreliable shower . No soap of any sort in the bathroom

Lovely apartment, but needs more amenities

Lovely apartment, comfy beds, clean. Easy check in and good communication.

As it's an apartment, it would've been great to have better amenities. There was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen. We had a message to clean all dishes before leaving (which is expected), however there was no washing up liquid or sponge so had to go out and buy some before we left. Also, we were only given 1 toilet roll for 4 of us for a two night stay so had to buy more of that too. Other bits like oil and salt would've been a nice touch too.

There were not enough towels/bath cloths at all. No contact with any owner/staff. We asked a question by email regarding parking, and we never got an answer. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and the door of the single beds bedroom did not close properly. The neighbourhood is not the best either. The WiFi code provided was wrong, which means it couldn't connect to the TV... just a few things that didn't make our stay as perfect as we hoped, but it is still a nice accommodation for a very brief stay.

Easy to find, clean apartments, great view. A welcomed break visiting family.

Prompt communication and ease of entry to the property. No problems with accessing keys box.

We had a issue with the Wi-Fi for the last 2 days of our stay. We made contact with the agent who where prompt to liaise with us regarding the issue but it was left unresolved. According to the agent the other guests in another apartment had turned the router off which impacted on ours. No resolution found therefore we had to use our own data from our phones to access the Tv as there is no aerial.
