When I read about this hotel it stated that it has an outdoor pool. Its April so I knew I couldn't swim now but my family and I had to find a hotel for a long term stay and I wasn't sure how long we were gonna be there for and summer is coming up. With summer fast approaching I wanted to find a hotel with a pool. I wanted to do something at the hotel with all of the money Im spending. I read about the red carpet inn and it said it had one, it even has pictures of one! Well, THERE IS NO POOL!! AT ALL! Take the picture down and say there is one if there's not, PERIOD. Then, one day I had asked the front desk if I could run out and grab my money for the room and then come back and pay them a little late. Because I had to leave I wasn't going to be able to come back and pay them for another night by 11am so I asked if it would ok to be a little late. The guy at the desk said yes and to be back by by 3pm. That was fine. I told him the my husband had worked the night shift and just gotten home and it's very hard for him to fall asleep so please don't knock on our door. He said ok, they wouldn't. But one hour later I get a call from my irrate husband saying that they banged on the door not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES saying that he had to get out. My husband thought we had to leave he had no idea what was going on and then the forth and final time they came banging on the door (3 minutes later) he opens it and the guys days to him "you stay, she pay" and walks away. My husband was so confused, and not to mention tired. Some, not all of the staff have attitudes. If you don't like your job, don't work there. Or at least fake til you make it. And it's a party hotel. If you have a family this hotel is not for you. If you wanna throw a hotel party, you found the right one. There was lots of loud music all hours of the night, there were people trying to get in come in through the side doors without a room (if your not a guest at the hotel you can't enter through the side doors, only guest with room keys can enter by tapping their card), they kept banging on the doors asking people to open them for them. I needed to do laundry and there was only ONE WASHER and ONE DRYER in the entire hotel for guest to use. So yes, there's over 50 rooms with only ONE.
