    If you want a low budget accommodation then it's ok. We took it, because my wife got a check up at the hospital, which is just "opposite". Big fresh market is just around the corner

    If spending 400-600thb (rather than 700-1000thb) matters to you, then this is the ideal choice. It's got good AC and friendly (albeit basic) staff. The wet market and downtown are right around the corner. Beds are very basic, but not suitable if you are picky. Mine had several springs i could feel. It is on wheels, so if you shift a lot or read in bed, the bed will shift. Sheets are clean but may have small holes. Picky things. Aside: somehow, i love their pillows. Walls are also basic (you can see unpainted spots, old peeling paint). And you might see 1 or 2 crawling bugs. One i saw was big, but i stayed for 15 days. (And have stayed here over 10 times across 2-3 years . But I am used to this and think these things are pretty normal in Thailand and other humid places. older properties just have little gaps. It can also be noisy at times. One side faces a "karaoke bar". One side faces the parking lot. And you might have other guests who can be loud, but this is rare. But again, 400-600 for an AC room is really great. Tip: if your room sucks in the first 30 minutes, you can easily go downstairs and ask for a room change. Also, if noise or bugs matter to you, ask when you check in. The check in people have been there for years and know which rooms are better for these things. To my knowledge, there is no perfect room. Sometimes 505 is great, but 502 is not. This time, 207 was a good room, but a little noisy karaoke noise (didn't bother me), and lower floors get a few more bugs.

    What i like most is the floor to ceiling windows. On the upper floors, there is a good view. Also, a very short walk takes you to the main market where you can buy cooked food, fruit, raw food, coffee. The rooms are a bit dated (older mattresses, bathrooms), but things are very clean. Staff is reliable and has been there for years. The air conditioning has been upgraded in several rooms. The elevator is also very convenient. Beds are medium hard, which is very common. But if you come from America, the beds may be too hard for you.

    チャリ旅で夜行列車に乗る前のシャワー用に部屋を借りました。お湯はちゃんとでました。価格も***なのでそれほど高くもないです。ベッドは堅かったですが、寝れないほどではありませんでした。タオルは少し清潔感が薄かったです。駅から近いのが良いです。
