    We booked 3nights for deluxe room with breakfast. Staff and room size is good but the property itself has a lot of problems. When we enter the hotel, we smell foul odor and even in the room specially in toilet. Cable TV is not working. Parking area is at the back of the building and every-time we tried to park or going out, we need to go to the front desk and ask to open the parking gate. Hotel has no elevator and the breakfast is served at the 4th floor that made us really hustled specially we have a small kids. First room’s aircon is not working so they changed our room but still poor condition so we asked for additional electric fan instead. Breakfast is served really slow. We had to call the front desk to ask for the wifi password. We tried to ask for cancellation for 2nd and 3rd night reservations but due to their cancellation policy, we couldn’t get a refund even it’s because of property condition. Charge to experience indeed :(

    The cost involved during the stay is fine. The hotel is easy to locate and its location is at the heart of the city near the coast. It is clean and staff were very courteous and friendly. But, it has no elevator and it was very inconvenient especially that our room was located on the 3rd floor. Hot water (for coffee or tea) will cost you a fortune. It's very costly. The shower in the room was malfunctioning so that water is wasted during use. Rags and the like were wanting. I can recommend the hotel for the younger ones but not suitable for the elderly and kids.

    The room is spacious, but unfortunately, the AC is not very cold. The area underneath the bed was also noticeably unclean. The bathroom water has a strong rusty smell, as if it comes directly from the water tank. Also, the hotel’s location is not particularly ideal, which makes accessibility somewhat inconvenient.
