Nice apartment in a great location, perfect for us. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms were very modern and tidy. Clean and tidy.
It would benefit from a freshen up with a lick of paint. The bathrooms need to have bath mats for the floor, toilet roll holders and the towels could do with being bigger and more of them available.

Great location, good size apartment with excellent facilities, very clean.
Key collection at another location. Heating never came on - hallway thermostat clicked at 17 degrees, but turning it up had no effect and thermostatic radiators set to max never came on, nor bathroom towel rails. Bathroom one nearest front door the shower drain was partially blocked so the water built up as it drained only very slowly. In bathroom two the extractor fan wasn't working so it steamed up. Also the toilet was set uncomfortably low. One of the kitchen lights would not switch off - the middle dimmer switch didn't click off.

Picking up the keys from another location . Also keys were hard to use. They didn’t work properly. It was hard to figure out how to use thrm
