The view is spectacular. The weather is great. The property is gorgeous. The food is good. The employees are friendly, attentive, hospitable and pretty quick to respond. They were also accommodating. WiFi was solid
The room was not clean, the hot water in the shower didn’t work and they didn’t have any alcohol although it’s on the menu . Also they don’t really tell you that they expect you to consume the drinks in the mini fridge. I thought I had to order everything directly from them . Also, if you aren’t paying with cash or Bancolombia transfer then you pay a fee to use the credit card. Also the outside pool water is cold. They should offer the option to buy more lighter fluid for the fire pit . The complimentary one lasts maybe 20’min. They should also offer more than one quilt. It’s cold at night.
