La vivienda era muy completa y agradable. La propietaria estuvo muy atenta en todo momento a todo lo que necesitamos. La localización es muy buena,, con supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes y playa muy a mano. A pesar de ello se podía aparcar cerca en la calle.
Es un segundo sin ascensor, aunque las escaleras no eran para nada incómodas. Se encuentra en la carretera principal, lo cual hace que haya algo de ruido de coches, que puede resultar algo molesto por las noches de verano, aunque nada del otro mundo.
