It was net clean in centrum near different restaurants and in a busy neighbourhood but u can’t hear all that noise. Great

In warm periods you can’t rely only on ventilators. There is need to have an air conditioner and a wardrobe then i can give a 10. But everything else is there and clean

The apartment satisfied our needs, we appreciated being clean and well equipped. Nice location with portuguese vibe, in an area full or restaurants. Easy to find parking lot - paid.

The only strange and unpleasant thing was the semi-transparent entrance door and the windows right in the street with no protection. Maybe it comes from my culture 😁, but I had a strange feeling opening the window and being face to face to people passing by 🤣. I recommend a tilt-and-turn window as there is a real need to bring some outside air especially on mornings and evenings (when it was cooler outside than inside)

The apartment is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get to Rossio, Oriente, the airport, and other parts of the city. There are supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and comfortable enough for a longer stay. During my stay, the owner was very kind and helpful and did everything possible to make my stay more comfortable.

The apartment was quite warm, and the two fans were not enough to keep it comfortable. There wasn't enough air circulation, so it didn't smell very fresh. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, keeping the doors open for ventilation didn't feel safe. The mattress protector was not clean, and the mop in the apartment smelled moldy.

Lockbox was broken which meant delays checking in, no windows in main room, no air con (just fans). Also had two separate occasions of cockroaches in living room
