Alojamientos nuevos, muy limpios, y llenos de detalles de los que no te encuentras en ningún sitio. Tuve un problema con los códigos de acceso (mío, no de ellos) y la atención por wsp fue inmejorable. Supero mis expectativas de largo. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo, da gusto encontrar sitios así.

As a flight attendant, I stay in hotels of all types and brands around the world, so I feel I have a unique perspective when it comes to hospitality. Without hesitation, Garden House Madrid would be my top choice to stay again if I ever return to Madrid. What makes Garden House so special is that it doesn’t feel like a hotel at all—it feels more like a beautifully maintained guest suite in a family home. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The personal touches throughout the property made it feel less like I was checking into a business and more like I was being welcomed by family. The location is another huge advantage. It’s close enough to Madrid’s major attractions that getting around is easy, yet it’s tucked away in a quieter, more local neighborhood where you can truly relax and recharge after a busy day of sightseeing. The area felt very safe and secure, and I was completely comfortable walking through the neighborhood at various hours of the day and evening. A special thank you to Maria, the housekeeper, whose friendliness and attention to detail made a lasting impression. She was always kind, attentive, and happy to provide recommendations on places to visit and things to do, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The owners, Fran and Vicky, are truly one of a kind. The professionalism they demonstrated was exceptional, but what stood out even more was their genuine kindness and attentiveness to the needs of their guests. Every interaction reflected how much they care about creating a memorable experience. In an industry where many hotels can feel impersonal, Garden House Madrid stands apart. They made me feel more like family than a guest, and that unique, heartfelt approach is something I will always remember. The next time I visit Madrid, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to return to Garden House Madrid.
