Die WG befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, unweit zum Zentrum. Ich habe einen E-Scooter für den Weg in die Stadt genutzt, sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung bietet 5 Zimmer, die eventuell auch alle belegt sind. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, in denen auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung steht. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, zum Nudeln kochen reicht es aber. Ansonsten scheint die Wohnung frisch renoviert zu sein, auch die Ausstattung macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Der Check-In ist komplett ohne persönlichen Kontakt, was allerdings sehr gut geklappt hat.

La stanza era piccola ma carina, il letto comodo, a livello di servizi hai tutto il necessario, viene fornito un asciugamano ed un piumino sufficiente per due.
La nota negativa è sicuramente la posizione della stanza che è collocata di fianco al cucinotto ed a uno dei due bagni il chè la rende la stanza più rumorosa dell’appartamento, mentre le altre stanze sono ben lontane dall’area comune. Si sentiva letteralmente tutto, dal cucinotto quando veniva usato alla porta del bagno che viene sempre sbattuta per essere chiusa ed ha anche una serratura piuttosto rumorosa fino ai rumori delle ragazze della stanza affianco, entrambe le notti abbiamo sentito parecchio rumore e se avessi saputo che la stanza era in quel punto non l’avrei prenotata sinceramente perché mi danno parecchio fastidio i rumori forti, la seconda sera si sentiva anche il motore del condizionatore del vicino credo al piano di sopra.
Pulizia superficiale sia in camera che nel resto degli ambienti, una doccia su due era otturata (quella di fianco a noi, che era anche la più usata visto che il bagno era più caldo).
Ho scritto alla struttura la prima sera per chiedere se ci fosse la vaga possibilità di cambiare stanza per la seconda notte e non mi hanno mai risposto, servizio clienti inesistente.
