Villa Maria Auronzo

La casa è confortevole, con due camere da letto disposte su due piani, entrambe con bagno e doccia al piano terra, vasca al primo piano. La cucina è molto ben accessoriata, con abbondanza di pentole e utensili per cucinare, cosa non sempre scontata. Inoltre c'e molto spazio per riporre abbigliamento o altro. La posizione è centralissima, comoda per spostarsi in paese senza dover prendere la macchina. La signora Patrizia gentile e disponibile, ma non invadente.

Non c'è parcheggio riservato, ma solo quello pubblico, cosa segnalata nell'annuncio, ma il problema è che in paese non è sempre facile trovarne. Noi siamo stati a fine giugno/inizio luglio, quando ancora non c'è tantissima gente, non credo sia altrettanto facile trovare nel periodo di maggiore afflusso. Altra cosa che segnalo, manca il WiFi, anche questo è segnalato nell'annuncio, ma credo che averlo sia un plus. Mio figlio era lì per studiare e per collegarsi con l'università siamo andati avanti con cellullare e hotspot.

The apartment was great, old school decor had everything we needed. Fantastic feel of an Italian town. Shops are close by and the same goes for some amazing areas with dreamy views. The host, even though didn't speak English, was very helpful and we used a Google translator to communicate. Very nice and helpful. The town is beautiful surrounded by mountains and a gorgeous lake. All facilities were exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The only thing that we didn't like was roadworks on our doorstep, which created a lot of noise and impacted our stay whilst at the apartment, but the host couldn't do anything about it and I'm not scoring them down for it. The apartment itself is attached to the back of the one on the main pic and is shaded all the time, so the apartment was quite dark and quite chilly in the evening, there are blankets though, if needed and obviously it's in the mountains so can't do anything about the temperature. We would come back in a heartbeat, though.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima al supermercato, ci puoi andare anche a piedi a fare la spesa. Parcheggi gratuiti accanto all'abitazione. Proprietaria molto disponibile.

Peccato per l'assenza di una lavastoviglie, avrebbe fatto molto comodo. Anche un Wi-Fi non sarebbe male.
