Gîte Miers chez Nadine

Pretty location in central part of village and near to the tabac (pizza van on Sunday). Host was very quick to come round and turn on the heating as it was cold when we arrived - thank you! Parking right outside. Loads of space in the house and cute patio & seating area out the front in the sun all morning. Great location to visit Dordogne sites & villages, Rocamadour, Padirac cave etc.

Property doesn’t have WiFi, it relies on the village WiFi which was non existent for the duration of our stay & phone data signal was intermittent. Appliances were dated…not sure I’ve ever lit an oven with a lighter before, or used a top loading washing machine. Bigger dinner plates would be good.

La estancia ha sido perfecta!! El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y cuidado. La casa es grande y tiene calefacción y todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. En la parte de abajo tiene un baño completo con ducha y arriba las habitaciones con otro baño completo. Es un pueblo pequeño que cuenta con un bar y una panadería con posibilidad de comida para llevar. La gente del pueblo, super simpática. Tiene un amplio aparcamiento enfrente del alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente para ver los alrededores, Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Loubressac, Autoire, Callonge La Rouge.... La comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido excelente, incluso ha tenido la amabilidad de enviarnos algo que olvidamos allí. Muchísimas gracias Nadine, recomendaré el alojamiento y si volvemos, nos alojaremos allí sin duda.

Maison typique en pierre et idéalement située. Tout le nécessaire pour un séjour sans contrainte. Hôtes gentils et accueillants.
