Situato in zona molto tranquilla, appartamento seminterrato modesto ma funzionale e completo di tutto: letto e cuscini comodi, bagno dalle giuste dimensioni ma ben organizzato e completo di asciugacapelli; ampio soggiorno/cucina e possibilità di preparare il caffè (disponibile in dispensa) con la moka. Molto gradita la presenza di una pizzeria a pochi metri dall'ingresso principale.
