The host didn’t speak any English, but let us store our luggage when checking out, and even store some food and water in the fridge

Super séjour, piscine très agréable, chambre propre et parfaite avec petite terrasse. Le personnel est super agréable, les dames du ménage sont adorables et très prévenantes.
La cuisine pourrait être améliorée, les personnes qui l' utilisent ne sont pas respectueuses et laissent leur vaisselle sale traîner. Peut être faudrait il mettre un affichage pour demander à chacun de faire sa vaisselle.

The elderly man at the reception, though he only spoke Chinese, was very kind to me and let me use the fridge in the reception area to store stuff and let me use his bicycle. He even gave me the key to the reception room so that I could access my stuff in the fridge in the morning before they opened up.
They only spoke Chinese (and this in in Laos!!). The room was a bit cramped, though I guess for the price that could have been expected. I expected some kitchen facilities as advertised, but they were very dirty. The pool area was very dusty, but there was some kind of itinerant carnival in an open area behind the hotel (near the swimming pool areas) during the first day I was there.
