It clean and like the location as it quiet and near a stream. The layout is excellent and we enjoy our stay where we can cook and enjoy our stay and relax around. Facilities good and well equipped

BBQコンロをお借りしましたが、テラスにあった机や椅子が汚くて、拭き掃除から始まりました。5,500円取るならその辺も使えるように綺麗にしていただきたかったです。他は言う事なしの施設でした。

一年前に利用してとても良かったので二度目の利用です。前回通り新しい施設はきれいに保たれていて清掃も行き届いていました。リネン類や寝具もとても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。
昨年は佐久パラダスキー場に行きましたが今年は雪が少なく別荘から40分ほどの高峰高原スキー場に行きました。ここは雪質もよくゲレン度もよく整備されていておススメです。また来年も利用させていただきます。
1Fのエアコンから異音が出ていました。大きな音ではないですが少し気になりました。キッチンのフライパンのコーティングが剥げていて焦げ付きました。以前のゲストの取り扱いが悪かったためでしょうが更新していただくと助かります。よろしくお願いします。
