Arcos Suites Sifnos

Super helpful staff. Beautifully appointed resort. Great location, view and pool area. Enough lounges and seating to be enjoyed in all outdoor areas. Well designed rooms for everyone to capture the view. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. Order in and book time slot for breakfast day before, pretty good options and enjoyed. Would we return, yes! Sifnos and the resort is lovely.

Water issue? Tap water not drinkable, only one large bottle for two provided for a 3 night stay and not replaced when questioned after room service. A large or two small bottles should be provided daily for two guests. Pls reconsider this, as at this price point a water bottle daily is an expectation!! The salty filtered coffee provided at brekky was not nice. Pls provide water at breakfast as an alternative to juice and coffee.

Nothing, it was all very good

La vue spectaculaire de la piscine, la localisation parfaite, à quelques minutes à pied du port de Kamares… Les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse des chambres sont absolument somptueux. Un très, très bel hôtel et un très bon choix de séjour pour une arrivée à Sifnos.

J’ai regretté qu’il n’y ait pas de bar ouvert. On pouvait commander des boissons au personnel mais la présence d’un membre du personnel au bar en permanence aurait rendu les choses plus chaleureuses.

Honestly i was very disappointed by the whole experience: - Upon check in one has to carry luggages 3-4 floors up from the parking to the room. Not sure how someone not physically fit can do it. - Shower was flooding / clogged on the first day. Luckily the staff helped to fix it on day 2. - Safe did not work all along - No shutters or blinds so the sun shines in the room as of 5am. For a light sleeper like me it was an issue. Not sure why in a hotel like this they dont set up the right sleeping arrangements. - One day we came back and the room was infested with ants. The receptionist barely speaks english and gave me a mop to clean the room myself. - One day the water suddenly got cut. They were helpful to fix it 15 mins later. - Breakfast selection is supposed to be wide. Honestly all dishes are very average. They should focus on less items but better quality. - The pictures as well are very misleading. The layout of the room and the material is rather cheap vs the very premium they charge.
