    The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, fully-equipped, and is close to everything in the Melbourne CBD. It’s a smart choice for anyone who wants to make the most out of their money without compromising comfort and convenience. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and would definitely recommend it to others.

    My bestie and I wanted to go out and blow off some steam after quite a 2026 in our respective lives. This hotel is certainly a good choice for proximity and for the most part, quite accommodating as well. Any criticisms are quite small in the grand scheme of things. My bestie noticed it was obvious that the place hadn't been vaccumed from the previous guests. Then I noticed the shower and basin needed a proper top to toe scrub. Speaking of cleaning, housekeeping may come knocking a little prematurely (i.e. before checkout). Things to note if you're planning to stay for a few days, is bring the basics in terms of butter and milk if you're an avid tea/coffee drinker and plan to cook brekkie. Ample utensils and appliances to scrounge something up. No oil though, so your bought butter will have a duel purpose. The apartment owner was really communicative and was quick to confirm the check in and check out processes. Definitely worth considering for a weekend trip.

    The hotel: Lumina Aspire is a mix of hotel rooms and apartments. There is a reception for hotel guests. Check in process was smooth. We picked up the key at a restaurant a block from the hotel. Only 1 key for 4 people was a little limiting. Hotel is a 5 min walk from coles, liquorland, train station and trams. The room: The room looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The 2 bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped - large fridge, a microwave, oven and dishwasher. Temperature was fine, plus there was plug-in standup fans and heaters. The blackout curtains in the main bedroom let light through, the beds were a bid small (double beds - I am 5'10' and didn't fit) and there wasn't room for luggage anywhere. The balcony had no furniture. Room was very quiet and on a high floor. Facilities: The pool area was amazing. There are two hot spas outside, a large lap pool (isn't cool or hot), and two indoor spas (also not hot). There was a sauna and two large gyms which were reasonably equipped (no spin bike though). I normally wouldn't book a privately-rented, airbnb style room in a hotel (i.e. picking up keys elsewhere and no 24hr reception etc) but this was a really good experience. Room as as described and good value, location was good, and the hotel had great facilities.

    This is not hotel or service apt. It is like bnb. The staff very unprofessional, very unmamnered. We stay here 6 nights, there is no housekeeping at all. When we ask for tea and coffee, they just ignored. The matress is old and smelly, the pillows are hard as rock. They request us to throw away rubbish bag, clean utensils before checking out, and we did it. After checked out, we ask them when they refund the deposit, they say tomorrow and I still havent got my deposit. when I asked them for proof of refund and they did not showed me. Im not sure they did refund or not. I dont know why Agoda give them 2025 reward. This is the worst hotel I ever booked from Agoda. They not even worth 1 star. I feel like I being scammed.
