Very roomy, nice jacuzzi,nice kitchen,each bedroom was roomy with its own full bath and jacuzzi tub,pool table was extra added fun,We would love to rent again for our next trip to Gatlinburg 👍

Ants but the rental agency took prompt attention

We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery through the large living room windows, it made the space feel bright and relaxing. We also loved that each room had access to the balcony, which was a great touch. The pool table was another feature we were excited about. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and didn’t get a chance to play, but it was a nice amenity to have available. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

One issue we experienced was with ants in the kitchen area. There were a lot of ants on the wall and around the trash can, covering the top of the trash completely. We had to clean the area ourselves. I’m not sure where they were coming from, but it seemed like they may have been entering through the wall, so it’s something that should definitely be looked into. We also noticed that the shower floors in the bathrooms were not clean. There was visible dirt on the floors, so we ended up wearing shower shoes . We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
