Apartamentul a fost foarte curat și bine întreținut. Am apreciat dotările utile puse la dispoziție, în special expresorul automat pentru cafea, fierul de călcat și masa de călcat. Deși apartamentul este situat la parter, nu am avut probleme cu insectele. Am avut posibilitatea să folosim centrala termică într-o noapte mai rece decât ne-am fi așteptat pentru luna iunie. De asemenea, am apreciat amabilitatea gazdei, care a păstrat un tricou uitat de noi și s-a întâlnit ulterior cu noi în oraș pentru a ni-l înapoia. Un alt gest apreciat a fost flexibilitatea privind ora de plecare, fiind posibil să rămânem câteva minute peste ora de check-out.
Există câteva aspecte minore care ar putea fi îmbunătățite. Unele uși interioare nu se închid perfect și necesită ridicarea ușoară a clanței pentru a se fixa în toc. Am observat și că mobilierul din zona TV ar avea nevoie de o mică ajustare sau fixare. În baie, deși curățenia a fost impecabilă, instalația de evacuare a apei de la vasul WC ar necesita o verificare, deoarece funcționarea nu a fost întotdeauna eficientă.
