Had a fabulous stay here. Great location only 10/15 minutes to the beach and the centre of split. The apartment was very spacious and clean with very helpful staff who were available at all times for contacting.

For us two the apartment was nice enough, a bit scruffy in the halls, but indoors was clean, comfortable beds, one small bedroom and one medium, adequate towels and soap provided and a nice little kitchen. We liked the walking distance from the Diocletian palace walls, although a bit uphill and cobblestones and asphalt in rough condition, and a very good cafe for breakfast, evening meal, especially pizza and wine, as well as a very good coffee cafe, and a grocery store right across the street and open late, and we liked that it was away from the high tourist, crowded overpriced, not very local dining of the wharf area just outside the old city gates. Nice shower. Tourist pamphlets about local sites and dining and maps within the apartment. Also a front load clothes washer and a drying rack and tiled small back room with sitting area. A comfy living room to sit in. Effective AC in each room. Walkable for a walker, maybe a mile, to the beach and gorgeous Adriatic water,
The residual smell of past smoking in this apartment that never went away in a several nights' stay even after opening windows all nights. Major construction right out front due to a water line break during our entire stay, but who can prevent such emergencies? Not the hosts' creation. The furnishings within were dated and a bit scruffy. Its on a major street and noisy at night from foot and vehicle traffic, especially if one opens windows. The hall approaching apartment is dark and the host needs to instruct how to turn back on the light that is on a timer and goes out, tough when arriving alone and trying to see the too high, dark black key box code dial markings.

De ligging was top. Alles zag er netjes en redelijk nieuw uit. De bedden lagen lekker. Een mooie keuken en badkamer.
1 wc en 1 badkamer voor 6 man. Ook kwam er een riool geur uit de badkamer en keuken.
