Beautiful mega large apartment. Location was quiet and just what i needed. Nice sofa, nice large bed, and a balcony through the living room was a treat.
At a push, there are no local shops. However, Talabat know the exact location as I think they must deliver there a lot. Not a negative, but some extras would be nice like tea/coffee sachets, towels and an ashtray on the balcony furniture. That said, the owners were happy to provide the towels upon request. Its just an observation, not a criticism to help them improve their services.
