10 min à pieds du terminal fluvial pour aller à Lisbonne. Quartier agréable et vivant tout en étant plutôt calme. Tout sous la main pour manger ou boire un verre. Proche d’un endroit sympa au bord du Tage pour se reposer. Communication facile avec l’hôte réactif. Dans le studio au 1er étage vue sur le Tage : Balcon agréable qui permet de prendre l’air car le studio est petit et rapidement étouffant. Logement préférable pour court séjour.
Isolation phonique à revoir. Porte d’entrée fait trop de bruit et ça résonne et nous réveille à chaque fois, bouchons d’oreille indispensables. Il manque de quoi faire sécher le petit linge qu’on lave à la main. Les meubles sont rarement déplacés pour nettoyer dessous. Pas de clim peut être difficile en cas de grosse chaleur. En étant excentré : longs trajets pour aller à l’aéroport ou à Sintra.
