Location and price. A good size apartment for the price .
2 suggestions to make even better. A few more pieces of cutlery and a comfortable chair. But these are not a deal breaker for me,just suggestions.

便利なロケーションで必要な物は全て揃っていました。
お部屋も広くてとっても静かでした。
飲食店も周りにたくさんあります。
コストパフォーマンスはとって良いと感じました。
お部屋が3階でエレベーターはありません。
日本では平均かもしれませんが、階段が狭いです。
スーツケースの移動が大変でした。

We liked how functional the apartment was. And the price is great for the excellent area. It has cooking facilities and a washing machine. Good bathroom with bath and shower. Close to Lawsons for snacks and coffee.
Not many places to unpack clothes and put bags.
