A kilátás és az elhelyezkedés nagyon szuper volt. A ház felszerelt, főzni is lehet. A klíma a középső szintet képtelen volt lehűteni, de mivel parti ingatlan, éjjel át lehetett szellőztetni. A földszinten terte a dolgát. Ár érték szempontból megérős volt.
A parkolás időnként kihívás volt, meg lehetett oldani, de a ház előtt szinte soha. A WC tartály folyt de biztosan rendbehozzák. Nekem furcsa volt, hogy a bojlert villanykapcsolóval lehet működtetni így egy alkalommal hideg vízben fürödtünk. A kulcsos kuka is meglepő volt, elsőre alig tudtuk kinyitni.
