Nothing but money
The shower is great. The working personnal are exhausted but they remain cordial.
The swimming pool is not existying anymore nor the spa (work in progress still open since more than 2 years) and they tell you nothing. Everthing is made for the money and they do not pay any care for us. The dinner and the breakfast is a zoo only open during 1h30... for more than 150 persons to eat.. it's a mess without name. Not even a blanket in the room to get warm at this altitude. Don't go there ! They don't care about you, only the money, the boss loves money and that's all. The working persons are exploited more than 70 hours per week for a miserous salary... I'm regretting to have spend two night there... I wish a lot of strenght for the people working there ! CMM

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Peccato aver soggiornato solo 1 notte. Ci torneremo
la colazione era abbondante con frutta, cereali, buone brioche alla marmellata e a buffet. il latte era buonissimo, ma c'erano anche bevande fredde come succo d'ananas , ace e arancia rosse. La cena buona con possibilità di scelta di 3 primi e 2 secondi, contorni vari sia crudi che cotti, buona varietà di frutta e dolci di mele tipici del luogo e buonissimi. l'albergo si trova in centro a Madonna di Campiglio in zona a traffico limitato molto comodo per la passeggiata serale. Garage coperto e custodito. Personale alla reception giovane, gentilissimo e pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta.
La struttura è un po' datata necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione esterna, gli infissi esterni in legno e la pavimentazione.

Najboljša oseba, ki se resnično trudi je George, vodja sale, in receptorji na recepciji.
Sedela sva v baru, kot da si megla in čakala.... Da ne govorim od noči, zaspal si lahko šele, ko je prenehala rave glasba na prostem pred hotelom ob 3.00 zjutraj nenormalno!!!!!!
