The location is really close to everything. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Some treats (water, toast, butter, etc.) on arrival make a difference. Support is quite fast via booking chat. I requested that the bins be emptied by day 2, and it was promptly solved, but it should be communicated or offered beforehand.

The hot water system is an issue. It takes 30 minutes or more for one hot shower (you need to wait 30 minutes for the next). Glad it was summer. For other properties' comments, this is a common problem in Athens. No service was offered during the 5-day stay; the towels were small and should be replaced after 2 or 3 nights.

Very well located Apartment, next to the Parthenon, 7 mts walk from Acropolis Metro station. Use the metro to go every where, airport, main bus stations, train station, all sights. Ticket purchase user friendly. Apartment spacious generously stocked with complementary food, water, oil for cooking, drinking water, juice, even a bottle of wine. They have a 9 AM to 9 PM, tele enquiry system. In the night the owner.

Very convenient location (5 minutes walk) for the Acropolis and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants. A 20 minute walk to Syntagma square. Clean and tidy without being spotless. Communication on arrival was good. Netflix is available which was helpful. Outdoor washing line (accessible via the kitchen window) was helpful for drying some handwashing.

The front door to the apartment was noisy when being closed from the outside, and unless you used the key would have disturbed everyone on the ground floor. There was some voice and foot traffic/people noise from the entry/front door of the block (but for clarity this did not disturb my partner at all). There were limited kitchen supplies only salt pepper and oil/vinegar for cooking. The air conditioning is limited to a minimum temperature of 23 degrees. A single key was provided meaning we couldn’t be separated when leaving the apartment. No spare bath towel was provided which is not enough given the level of use needed over our 6 day stay. The Netflix was a bit unreliable (I had to reboot the TV and the Router).
