Da proximidade com o centro de convenções e da orla na frente do prédio. Eu estava em um evento no Centro de convenções, era só atravessar a rua. Tem supermercado próximo

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo. Padarias, mercadinho. O flat é bem aconchegante e tudo muito limpo. Cama confortável. Tem os utensílios para fazer lanche e refeição no flat mesmo.
O mercado do prédio tem um acesso somente pelo app e algumas pessoas não conseguia acesso. Poderia ser mais facilitado.

Gostei da organização, das coisas que já tinha para uso em boa quantidade, por exemplo toalhas, roupas de cama etc

It’s great for single
I took this place as fabolus as the score and guess I had expectations- The garage was a trrroevle introduction to the place - the place was too small for 2 adults and a baby claustrophobic- there was old items in the fridge like cheese and half water bottles. And the floor was not clean. The kitchen items was broken like the lids was without handles so dang ours to take off.
