We liked that it was right across from the beach. Owner was quick to help with check in issues.
We did not like the fact that there was hair all around the rooms the bathrooms in particular that we had to vacuum the first day to prevent it from collecting on our socks. I have added a photo of the hair that was emptied from the vacuum after we vacuumed. Also you can hear the upstairs tenants at all hours of the day making it difficult to sleep.

Nice quiet area with easy beach access. The property was spacious and met our needs. Easy check in process is always an added bonus.
While most of the property has some updates-Both crystal bathtub faucets have mold inside and replacing those with lever handles is an easy fix that would give an even cleaner updated appearance.
