Die Größe und die Anzahl der Badezimmer. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Es war nur oberflächlich sauber. Sobald man genauer hingeschaut hat fand man Staub, schmutziges Geschirr und eine verstopfte Dusche. Von Anfang an fehlerhafte Toilettenspülung die später ganz kaputt gegangen ist, vom Vermieter dann aber repariert wurde. Küche ist sehr alt und so nicht mehr brauchbar. Kühlschrank für eine Familie viel zu klein.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Asunto oli siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Ilmainen parkkipaikka vieressä. Jäähdytys kaikissa huoneissa. Viihtyisä piha alue, joskin oli niin kuuma ettemme siellä paljon aikaa viettäneet. Asunto oli yleisesti ottaen parempi kuin miltä kuvissa näytti. Ranta lyhyen auto- tai pyöräilymatkan päässä. Vuokrasimme polkupyörät, joilla pääsi nopeasti ja helposti rannan lähellä kulkevaa luonnonsuojelualueen pyöräilyreittiä pitkin kauas turistimassoista, joita oli Cecinan sataman läheisillä ranta-alueilla.
Jääkaappi oli hieman pieni, keittiöveitset kaipaavat päivitystä, mutta emme kuolleet nälkään 3 yön aikana.

Cecina is very nice and very comfortable to visit the region. Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Grosseto all within just over an hour or less.
