Lovely comfortable modern room - comfy bed and good facilities. Little extras like cookies and wine were lovely. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The location on a busy main road isn’t great and Ialysos out of season is a bit dull. But it is near both the airport and Rhodes - Rhodes Old Town is delightful.

The property was so clean and modern. The pool was lovely and private and the family who own the suites were so accommodating and very friendly, if we had any queries or needed something they would sort it out for us straight away. The places was in the best location with lots of bars and restaurants near by as well as being a short distance from the beach

הסוויטה מעוצבת בסטייל מהמם! בעלי הסוויטות היו מקסימים. אעפ"י שהיו הרבה פשלות בחופשה הם תמיד נענו במהרה. הכל חדש ונעים. בנוסף, פרגנו לנו בצק אאוט מאוחר ובהפתעה לקטנה שלנו.
הסוויטות חדשות ונפתחו ממש לפני כמה שבועות...הגענו עם תינוקות ל 4 ימים.
בסוויטה יש רק פח אחד קטן בשירותים שכמובן לא מספיק לשהות עם תינוקות במשך כמה ימים. אין מטבח כלל. בבוקינג כתוב שניתן לבשל בעצמנו בדירה.
לאורך כל ימי השהות לא החליפו לנו מגבות וכן, לא מלאו לנו את הסבון. אנחנו רגילים ללכת למלונות/סוויטות יוקרה ולהתפנק ופה הרגשנו שמתקמצנים עלינו מכיוון שזה מקום חדש.
היה מצויין בבוקינג שיש קומקום בחדר ולא היה. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת בשעות הערב המאוחרות והבוקר. ככל הנראה מדובר בשעון שמש.
אנחנו דתיים ובשבת יצאנו לאכול בבית חב"ד, כשחזרנו המנקה כיבתה לנו את כל האורות והמזגן בחדר. היה מבאס.
המקפיא במקרר לא עבד וגם בדוש של המקלחון יש בעייה.
לגבי עניין הפח, אחרי שהתלוננו כמה פעמים הביאו לנו את הפח מהמסדרון של כל המתחם.
לקומקום דאגו לנו. את השמפו מלאו לאחר שביקשנו אבל זה היה מאכב לחזור מיום שיט ב 9 בערב ולגלות שאין סבון להתקלח בייחוד שאנחנו עם תינוקות ובייחוד שאנחנו בסוויטה ששילמנו עליה סכום נכבד. לגבי המזגן והאורות בשבת, חיפשנו את בעל הדירה כשעה ולאחר מכן הדליק לנו הכל. סיטואציה מבאסת ממש.
לגבי המקרר, הדוש, המגבות והמים הקרים במקלחת לא התלוננו כי כבר לא היה לנו כח להתלונן. בגדול מבאס.
