Clean, quiet, everything available, easily located, all the amenities great more than expected, absolutely loved the shower

No downstairs bathroom and ants in the driveway

It was a easy to find location, great spot to stay to be close to everything. The size & quality of the cabin was very nice, especially for the price we rented it at.

This cabin is a relaxing and quiet escape. It's close to downtown Broken Bow and a short drive to Hochatown. The shower is huge and amazing! There's also firepit, grill, sauna, and hotub. All you need for a relaxing weekend away.

Just know that the only bathroom is upstairs. We did not, but if you have kids or plan on sharing the cabin, tbe bedrooms are separated by only a barn door. The top to the hot tub was broken, allowing water into it. It was extremely heavy if you wanted to use the hot tub.

As this property was pet friendly for a fee, when we made the booking we included we were bring our 1 mid and 1 small size pups. We immediately received a reply that pets are welcomed for a fee. A few days before our stay the property management contacted us to let us know the fee was $150 and the dogs combined could not weigh more than 50 lbs. That was not revealed to us in the booking. We replied they do weigh more than that and the property replied they would 'make an exception this time'..... however, there was no exception necessary, had we know the weight limit we would not have booked. Recommendation is to make any stipulations for pet weight in the property description. We made no mistake, and felt an exception was on the property for not including the weight limit in description.
