Listing is not accurate.

Pictures are very inaccurate and rooms that you actually stay in are not pictured at all in the listing. The beautiful house is only for pictures and the actual stay is in the small rusty old cabin/hut in the backyard with very old furniture and bad dirty bedding. I have attached the actual stay pictures and they are very different from the listing. Also wifi signal is pretty much not available in the tiny home. The host was friendly and that was the only bright side of this place.

Very overpriced, crowded, and dirty.

The location was not difficult to navigate to.

The number of guests sharing a single toilet and shower is absurd. It is completely inappropriate to rent out 16+ beds with the available kitchen, toilet and shower. This property is clearly just someone’s back yard and the price to spend the night was far higher than anything we experienced before. Some amenities (washing machine for example) were not available. Trash and clutter was also spread across the property.

Appalling. Our Apartment was actually a garden shed!

No redeeming features!

Host not available at the time we agreed to arrive. First time I have ever stayed in a GARDEN SHED, to be told "it's an apartment" and "the price is cheap for a Hotel in Liechtenstein". It is a SHED and not a HOTEL!!! Cracked power sockets, NO pillows or clean bedding on arrival, I had to find the linen cupboard! NO FAN in our room, so only ventilation for the shed was to open the windows. Rained ALL night, heard the rain all night. Stepped into the 'garden' which was swamped with water, so got wet feet. HOST also asked us to pay for a 'city tax' even though our booking clearly stated it was INCLUDED in our exorbitant booking fee. Truly an appalling experience.

We were disgusted by every thing we saw and smelt.

Beware! Nothing at all. We were met by the host, smelling of BO and half dressed. We were shown to a Blue shed fitted out with random beds (camp style and old hospital beds). The shed smelt awful, clearly nothing had been cleaned judging from the muck and grime, the bedding not fit for a dog to sleep on and we couldn’t wait to leave. A request for a refund was asked for at the time face to face with the owner but declined. We did not stay. A complaint has been lodged with Booking.com for mis representation and false advertising.

The host was very kind and helpful, good position at 15 minutes from Vaduz and with a great view of the Rhine Valley.

No A/C in the "tiny house" room (very hoto during the day).

Unique chalet with incredible Mountain View

One of the most unique stays we’ve ever had! The Chalet provides an incredible view of the mountains, a refreshing pool, comfortable beds & large accommodations. The property grounds have a quirky assortment of various swings, chairs, and toys for kids. The host Carl regaled us with stories about Liechtenstein & great recommendations you won’t find online!

Big NO NO for Families . Very very dirty .

The view is absolutely amazing from outside .

Very dirty, toilets were used and not cleaned . Toilet bin was already full. Fridge door was broken and fridge was not working so we were asked to use common fridge . Bedsheet had stains . We paid 423.10 CHF for two nights and this is what we got. At this price we definitely get better and clean accommodations. Definitely a big no no for families .

Without even describing the room and the place, hats off to Cal and his 10-Star hospitality. This accommodation was built by heart from the ground up. Aside from the natural pool with a clear view of the Alps, he has built different facilities for activities surely a family or group will enjoy. The place is elevated to have an overlooking view of the city yet close enough for us to take a quick stroll by the Rhein River. Its a shame we were only passing thru Liechtenstein, could’ve stayed more days if we knew how special the place is.

Charming chalet with beautiful pool and view

The pool with the view was absolutely amazing! It's very secluded and a charming chalet, with our own floor, which has the terrace with pool. We also really liked Karl, our host, who we called Lord Liechtenstein;). Such a friendly guy with a really sweet old dog and they made us feel very welcome and right at home. Definitely recommend this little gem!

Angenehme Atmosphäre mit Badeteich und großer durchdachten Garten/- Sitzmöbellandschaft zum Entspannen und Erholen. Tolle Aussicht über den Ort, das Tal, die Berge.

Die gesamte Wohnung schmutzig, fünf volle Mülleimer - teilweise mit Lebensmittel, Mülleimer im Bad alle voll, Poolwasser grün, im Pool Schwamm Badehose / Unterwäsche, Sauna vermüllt, Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung sehr unangenehm

Lokationen var fantastisk, selve sove området rigtig ringe. Når naboen gik rundt, gyngede hele hytten. For få stik til lamper eller ladning af telefonen. Kaffemaskinen i stykker ligesom vasken.

Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Unterkunft sieht von aussen wirklich schön aus. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral.

Von innen ist sie leider ein klarer reinfall. In einigen Zimmern richt es, als hätte jemand gerraucht, mehrere Glühbirnen waren kaputt, die Bettwäsche sah benutzt aus, die Handtücher waren einfach in den Schrank geworfen, es hatte Zanhpasta flecken auf dem Spiegel und leere Shampooflaschen in der Dusche.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und Ausblick auf die Berge

Sehr schöne und vor allem außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit Natur Pool, gigantischer Aussicht und jede Menge Pool und Gartenequipment ( Schwungseil in den Pool, tolle Liegen, Schaukeln uvm). Die Lage ist super, wir hätten einiges unternehmen können, jedoch waren unser e Kinder so sehr von dem Pool, dem Schwungseil usw begeistert sodass wir den ganzen Aufenthalt dort verbracht haben 😅. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und sehr freundlicher Begrüßungshund 😊. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere für Kinder und Spaß - liebende Erwachsene ist sie wirklich außergewöhnlich!
