Lage gut aber an lauter Hauptstrasse

The cottage is gorgeous and comfortable. It has all you need inside for a comfortable stay. The garden out back has a lovely dining and seating area, loungers and chairs, and views to the 2021 volcano and to Tazacorte, the sea and impressive ridges and cliffs in the distance. If you have a car, it's a good spot to explore the west and south parts of La Palma. The host was in contact before the stay with clear instructions.

I say the following purely as a heads-up for guests who would rather walk the neighbourhoods, or are concerned about road safety with young or elderly family members. The road (LP-3) is one of the main roads on La Palma and it runs right outside the cottage. The cottage is on a dangerous blind bend and there are no sidewalks therefore it doesn't feel safe to walk around. There is a gate at the front of the property, but no gate at the other side, so pets and kids can wonder onto the road if they're in the garden. While we were there, the traffic was steady throughout the day, consisting of fast cars, large trucks and motorcycles. You need a car (ideally) if you're staying here for access to sights and groceries.

Los exteriores de la casa, el jardín, las puestas de sol. Los colchones son muy cómodos. Menaje bastante completo en la cocina y también en el baño. Muy practico el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Prácticamente nada... Por señalar algo, en el plato de ducha se sale el agua fácilmente. Y falta un punto de luz encima del fregadero.

Mooie ruime casita, zeer goede bedden, fijne keuken en ruime badkamer. Mooie verzorgde buiten en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Ligging op uiteinde bocht van een zeer drukke verkeersweg, gevaarlijk om de rijweg op te rijden. ´Nachts rustig en stil maar veel verkeersdrukte vanaf 7u. Geen oven in keuken.
