Good location with street parking, and close to some nice gastro-bars and places of interest. Very clean, bed very comfortable, fabulous hot shower .
The apartment in January was quite chilly, and because of its very close proximity to two adjacent cafe/bars it was noisy at night until quite late ( we were there Friday and Saturday nights) the kitchen was tiny and clearly not equipped with British travellers in mind - no kettle, tiny cups, very small fridge, no work surface to store or prepare food. These are minor things but added up to an overall sense of disappointment.
