Sunterra Villas - Modern Stay with Rice Field Views

The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they brought it immediately and were always happy to assist us. The villa was also very clean, and the location was great. We were especially happy with the staff and their service.

Our biggest disappointment was the second floor. There was no sofa, sun lounger, or any furniture that would allow us to actually use and enjoy the space, so the entire second floor felt almost unusable. We also booked this villa specifically because it was advertised as having three bedrooms. However, the third bedroom was significantly smaller and had far fewer facilities than the other two rooms. It did not even have a sink where we could wash our hands. We raised this issue with the management and explained that we felt the difference between the rooms was unfair, but unfortunately, they did not offer us any solution or compensation. The staff were wonderful, but we were disappointed with the management and the way our concerns were handled.

The villa is amazing! The roof made a big impression on me. We enjoyed the wonderful sunset and the view of the rice terraces. The staff provided us with a barbecue for free, which was a nice bonus. We also ordered a floating breakfast - it was very tasty and beautiful. The area is very quiet, nothing bothered us. We will definitely return to Bali for this villa!

First of all, we really liked the outdoor dining room and kitchen, as we felt as close to nature as possible. The bathroom was very comfortable. We liked the interior design, the villa was very cozy and most importantly very quiet. I also liked that the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were provided with a free barbecue and everything necessary for the child. We'll come back again.
