Overall all is good. Very spacious and clean. Love the private pool. With such price, reasonable.
However, when the owner suddenly came to the homestay while we were having family time at the private pool and warned us about do not play the loud speaker during daytime, it was unpleasant. He told us it’s residential area where a lot of professionals are staying around such as lawyers, doctors, lecturers, etc.. and we were not allowed to make any noise. He got scolded by the residents and he scared his homestay licence will be suspended. Question here… First, if it’s residential area, why open the homestay? Second, why we cant play music during daytime? It’s homestay and we pay for it. Are you asking us to be dumb and do not make any noise throughout our stay in the homestay? Then, what’s the point of renting the homestay?
