The host communicated a complete and very clear set of instructions before my arrival, which made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Everything was easy to understand, and the information provided was practical and well organized. In the instructions, I was given two telephone numbers as well as the name of the person at the gate whom I could call or ask for if needed. This made me feel well prepared before arriving. The housekeeper was also waiting for me upon arrival, which was a very nice touch and made the welcome feel personal and efficient. The apartment itself looks wonderful and is spacious enough to comfortably host up to six people, with three queen-size beds available. It is well suited for families, friends, or a small group traveling together. The place felt comfortable, clean, and convenient, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Another advantage is the location. There is a supermarket only about a three- to four-minute walk away, which is very useful for buying groceries, drinks, or any essentials needed during a short stay. The supermarket has all the necessary products, so it is easy to settle in without having to travel far. Overall, I can say that this is a very comfortable and practical place to stay, especially for guests who do not mind being in a residential building rather than a hotel or resort-style accommodation. The communication, check-in process, apartment, and location all contributed to a very positive experience. I would most certainly return and can recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable stay.

First of all, I had a wonderful time at Seaview Apartments, so this is not really something I “didn’t like,” but rather something worth mentioning for future guests. The main compound closes the gate at 22:00 for food deliveries. It is not a big issue once you are aware of it, and I quickly got used to it during my stay. However, on the first night I was not prepared for this and got caught out when trying to order food. So my only suggestion would be to keep this in mind if you plan to have food delivered in the evening. Apart from that, everything was very pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Getting the keys was easy. Instructions were sent in advance of my arrival and everything went according to plan. The wi-fi always worked. There was 24/7 electricity and they did a little shopping as requested by me in advance which I paid for on arrival. The view from the small balcony was amazing even on a rainy day.

Since we had to get a daily security code to access the main street gates, I would recommend automating this process if possible so a new code is sent via WhatsApp as soon as the previous code expires. The driver was sometimes unable to access the estate and had to wait whilst I chased up the code for the day.

location by the river was great and area was secure. You needed a code to access the estate on which the property is located and this code was changed every day so this was reassuring re security. The staff were also very professional, responsive and helpful

The apartment had been cleaned just before I arrived but it wasn't actually deep cleaned in a 'maintenance' kind of way. There was mold in the bathroom (especially around the bottom edges). A wet mop stick was left hanging against the balcony railing and one couldn't sit out on the balcony without being subjected to the sight of the outdoor toilet where it seemed all the cleaning things were stored very messily. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and building defects or wear and tear that hadn't been fixed or updated. There were holes in the walls of the bathroom were fixtures seems to have been improperly measured and annexed fixtures such as the sink and soap holders were slanted so you could not leave anything on it without fear of your stuff dropping. The bottom of the water closet was sitting on what seemed like a block of cement/concrete that hadn't been covered up or blended in. You could tell from the colour of the throw pillows in the living room that the throw pillows had not been washed or changed in a long time. The curtains in all the bedrooms and living room looked like they hadn't been washed in a very long time. The bedsheets were un-ironed and the pillows underneath the pillowcase looked like they needed a good wash or changing. Utensil were difficult to find and had to be re-washed before use due to the cockroaches in the kitchen. The kitchen cupboard have big gaps so cockroaches could still get into where the plates and cups are. Overall, for the price paid, the quality was lacking and the property looked tired and in need of a refurbishment. The pictures seem to have come from a time when the property looked much newer than it currently is. Also more bathroom pictures are needed to give prospective residents a fairer idea of what to expect (especially the slanting fixtures and slab of concrete under the WC)
