Beautiful ambiance, well maintained apartment , we booked ground floor , everyday cleaning was given, clean linen , no stain white towels , washing machine was super add-on , Sam is a excellent Host , call him anytime he will answer it in 2 rings , very punctual and professional host , we all were 3 girls , YOUS IN SAFE HANDS

A very clean and tidy beach stay with modern vibes and a touch of Goan charm. Mr. Sam is a wonderful host who provides great hospitality and makes you feel welcome throughout your stay.
The rooms and common areas are kept spotless, and fresh towels are provided every day. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making the location perfect for a relaxing getaway.
A beautiful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

My name is Samantha Kate, and I’m from the Netherlands. I recently stayed at Luxury Stay by the Beach Goa, hosted by Sam, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment we arrived, Sam made us feel welcome. He personally greeted us, shared helpful local recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our holiday special.
The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel at home.
The location is perfect—only about 180 metres from the beach, making it an easy and enjoyable walk every day. We visited during the monsoon season, so some of the beach shacks were closed, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the beautiful beaches, the lush green surroundings, and the relaxed vibe of Goa.
If you’re planning a trip to Goa and want a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with an outstanding host, I highly recommend Luxury Stay by the Beach Goa. Thank you, Sam, for your wonderful hospitality. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit!
