Appartamento spazioso, pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto apprezzati i piccoli dettagli di benvenuto, come acqua, tè, zucchero, olio, aceto e sale Zona vicino al centro ma molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Staff estremamente disponibile e rapido: dopo aver dimenticato le chiavi in appartamento, ci hanno portato una copia in circa 20 minuti. Ottima permanenza, ci tornerei volentieri.

Come unico suggerimento, aggiungerei una moka e un paio di forbici e aggiungerei un paio di mollette per lo stendino. Sottolinerei maggiormente la posizione dell'appartamento che essendo in un incrocio tra due vie è facile sbagliare quale via prendere.

Piccoli dettagli come magari shampoo e bagnoschiuma sarebbero stati graditi. E piccoli ritocchi da fare in camera ma per il resto molto bene

The location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was tidy.

The lack of air conditioning made the apartment very uncomfortable during both the day and night. It was extremely hot, and although extra tower fans were provided, they were unfortunately ineffective in the heat. We also avoided opening the bedroom windows because there were live cockroaches inside the building during the evening, which made us uncomfortable leaving the windows open. The staircase leading to the apartment also presented a safety concern. The automatic light does not remain on for very long after being activated. Unfortunately, I slipped on a random bolt that was left on the stairs while leaving the building and fell, injuring my ankle. This unfortunately had a significant impact on our holiday. I informed the hosts about the incident after visiting a local clinic the following morning. They subsequently came and moved the bolt to another corner of the staircase. However, given that it had already caused an accident, I feel it should have been removed completely rather than simply moved elsewhere, to prevent any further safety concerns.
