Great facilities
Nice to have a full apartment with washing machine to catch up after travelling. Nice to have a kitchen to make coffee and breakfast after eating out every meal for 2 weeks
Kids complained there were so many pools but not one of them was deep enough

The kids water park and pools were really nice. Yes they are a bit dated and missing some tiles here and there but were clean and the building was actively re-tiling. Small playroom for kids and parking in basement.
Located 8minutes from Tamarind and Cicada Market it was convenient for food but a rental scooter is helpful to explore Hua Hin. Beach is a 8minute walk.
Plan ahead and let the owner know what time you check out to ensure someone is available to return your deposit. We didn’t realize nobody was onsite.
Apartments are dated and there was some cosmetic damage but it wasn’t horrible. One room only has a window that looks into the hallway.

The view, the pools, the safety, everything is a plus here. The balcony, the plush sofa there. The cleanliness was also very good. Unfortunately I arrived at 1 Am at night and had to leave at 12 PM so I never got to enjoy the several pools here. But I will certainly be back for at least 3 days here.
I slept on the Sofa outside, the frame hurts your back a bit. The AC in the hall is a little small for such a big place. That said, it did cool up the hall after a couple of hours.

ห้องพักกว้าง หากเทียบเฉพาะห้องพักถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา ห้องค่อนข้างสะอาด สะดวกสบาย อุปกรณ์สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องครบครัน ถ้าต้องการพักเพื่อใช้ห้องอย่างเดียว ไม่ใช้สระว่ายน้ำถือว่าค่อนข้างตอบโจทย์ (ที่พักไม่มีอาหาร) ที่จอดรถเพียงพอถือว่าค่อนข้างดี
สระว่ายน้ำค่อนสกปรก (มาก) มีกระเบื้องแตก เด็กน้อยถูกกระเบื้องที่อยในสระบาด รวมถึงบางสระมีกำลังปรับปรุงไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ ซึ่งสระอยู่ติดๆกันทำให้มีสิ่งสกปรกบางส่วนตกไปในสระที่ใช้งานได้ด้วย นอกจากนี้เพราะการซ่อมแซมทำให้มองดูไม่สวยงามเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
