Volt kávé bekészítve, mosogatógép és mosógép egyaránt. A szomszédok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek. Közel volt egy-két szép strand, viszont a központifűtés 35-49 percet kellett sétálni. Ugyan közösségi medence volt, de azt használhattuk mi is a többi lakó mellett, ez sokszor jól jött a nagy melegben.
Emeletes társasház, a hálószobában, amely az emeleten található, sajnos nincs klíma, így nyári melegben a hálóban 30fok meleg van éjszaka. Ugyan két fürdőszoba van, de az egyikben a zuhanyzó mindenhonnan spriccel, így azt a fürdőt nem tudtuk használni. A kisvonaton kívül nem igazán elérhető semmi tömegközlekedés a településen.
