Unkorrektes Listing: In der Anzeige ist ein kostenloser Stellplatz enthalten sowie der Hinweis auf Kosten (Widerspruch). In der Willkommensnachricht darf man einen Stellplatz in der Garage nutzen (von Kosten keine Rede) es fehlt allerdings auch der Schlüssel zur Tiefgarage. In der Abschlussnachricht wird dann auf die Kosten des Stellplatzes hingewiesen. Auf Nachfrage beim Gastgeber, kann das nicht mehr geändert werden. Booking, wenn das euer Fehler ist, tut dem Gastgeber den gefallen und korrigiert das Listing. Dann hat er weniger Ärger damit Unterkunft: Der Putzlappen in der Küche hat gestunken. Eine nicht angeschlossene Steckdose ist immer wieder runter gefallen. Keine Duschabtrennung. WLAN mit Mobilfunkkarte hat nur an 3 von 5 Tagen funktioniert. Fernseher nur mit Streamingdiensten - schlecht bei nicht 100% verfügbarem WLAN.

Tiny appartement, and I wasn't sure from the pictures. Turns out, small living room with sofa, dining table and TV, kitchen (not separate) with the basics (pots, pans cutlery, microwave, coffeemaker, etc), bedroom (no door so semi-livingroom and a bathroom (with door) with nice shower. Wifi is available after pressing the power button, ground floor but there is a step so not ideal for wheelchair. Indoor access to underground parking (no space issues) and walking distance from Lidl supermarket. Bakery across the road seems to be open on Sunday morning. No noisy neighbors, ideal for maybe max 2 people. Also, Cortina ice cream place is highly recommended!

It looks like someone lives there and randomly left to let me have my stay. Key was hard to find. But once you find the front door of the building, go right around the corner. You'll find the underground parking area (see picture) and the little key box you need right outside. Know that the parking area has a corner door to go upstairs indoors! Very handy ^_^

Комфортная квартира, оборудованная всем необходимым, с подземной парковкой. Недалеко находится ресторан Wiener Hof, где можно насладиться вкусными и недорогими блюдами, такими как шницель и пиво. А напротив расположена небольшая пекарня, где можно выпить кофе из кофемашины и попробовать выпечку.

Немного сложно было найти квартиру. Она номер 5, если кому-то понадобится. Вход на стоянку за углом вниз по спуску. Было сложно добраться из аэропорта на общественном транспорте. Поезда меняют направления и постоянно задерживаются. Если берете машину или мотоцикл, то проблем нет

Juste à savoir : Pas de cafetière mais une bouilloire pour faire des instantanées, nous avions donc pris notre cafetière italienne avec. La couette un peu juste pour 2 personnes mais il y a une 2eme couverture sous le canapé donc aucun souci pour les frileux
