Modern 3BR Flat quick links to LDN & Heathrow

Very clean and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen had lots of useful things. Tv was great with all the apps available as well as a console. Great location for Thorpe park which is why we used the property.

Curtain was not attached in one of the bedrooms which meant privacy was not best in that room and light would come in during the sunrise making it difficult to sleep. The designated parking spot was not known until inside the property. The messages were helpful but the info about the parking got lost in it all. These were the only things! Nothing major, but just to bring to your attention to help future guests. :)

- lovely facilities and it was in the perfect location for our purposes. - It looks nice and it's in a reasonably quiet area that felt safe, as it was gated off at night. - The garden was a great extra. - They had pretty much everything we needed and the customer service/owners were really responsive with any questions or issues we had - it's really nearby everything you need as a family. - near great attractions like Legoland and coral reef waterworld, the Thames - big supermarkets nearby

- We had a bit of trouble with a door, but the locksmith was called and it was dealt with really quickly - Says there's a bike but it wasn't ridable, at a glance it had flat tires and seemed to have been there a while. - It was incredibly hot weather whilst we stayed, and there was a fan available but it just didn't cut it. We didn't sleep well unfortunately, but I can imagine without the heat it would have been perfectly fine. - perhaps Aircon would be worthwhile, it would have made a huge difference for my family. - The glass tables, we're a little bit of a stress for us because of our young children. For older kids I don't think this would be an issue, but for us it was a little nerve racking. - showers didn't seem to go cold. Maybe we just couldn't figure it out, but this was a problem with the weather too. We didn't ask about this, so there may have been a solution.

Very nice, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Conveniently close to Ashford train station. Quiet area. Comfortable beds

Misleading Shepperton address when booking. Flat is in Ashford Surrey. Only bath towels provided for each guest, NO hand towels provided?? No bottle or wine opener. Despite this, I would happily book it again.

Gated community, parking and codes all well explained before arrival. Access to London was great and very easy to get to the station. The communal areas were well spaced out.

The boiler was an issue throughout our stay. We were unable to get consistent hot showers, and the heating was unpredictable. We raised this with the host, but no action was taken. This may have been due to the time of year and difficulty arranging a call-out, however no further communication or updates were provided. The flat was also noisy at night. We believe this was due to children in the building playing football in the upstairs corridors during the evening, which did increase noise levels in the apartment below. In terms of cleanliness, there was some hair present in the bathrooms on arrival, and the rugs in the main living area could have been cleaner.
