Bra läge nära Tropea centrum. Gratis parkering för bilen. Luftkonditionering i alla rum. Stor TV. Gratis WiFi. Två badrum. Kyl och frys. Microvågsugn. Smal terass där badkläder kan torkas i solen. Säkert lås till lägenheten.

The appartment is very spacious, super comfortable. You can walk to the center.
When travelling with people with reduced mobility, the long stairs can be an issue. There is some smell in the bathroom.

Nore: this comment is about a different property procided by BlueMind Freedom owner: Despite a stressful start due to a last-minute location change, the replacement property provided by the owner was exceptionally clean and well-situated near the city center. As a family of four, we appreciated the cleanliness and the effort to accommodate us when the original booking fell through. ​However, the stay was dampened by a communcation via wahtsup, not booking; a recurring lack of hot water, which required two separate repairs during our three-night stay. More disappointingly, the owner did not honor the 20% discount we had agreed upon for the inconvenience of the move, which left us feeling let down. With consistent hot water and the promised refund, this would have been a much more positive experience
Our experience with this property was marked by unnecessary stress and communication issues that began five days before our arrival. The owner contacted us via WhatsApp—rather than the official Booking.com platform—to inform us that our original accommodation was no longer available because "the neighbors are difficult." ​Being moved to a different property at the last minute outside of the official booking channel was highly concerning for a family of four with young children. While we attempted to resolve the situation by negotiating a 20% discount for the inconvenience and the change in venue, the owner ultimately reneged on this agreement, claiming the new property was an "upgrade" and refusing any refund. ​Key Issues During the Stay: ​Inconsistent Utilities: We suffered from a persistent lack of hot water. Although the owner was responsive and sent an "engineer" to address it, the issue occurred twice during our three-night stay. Essential services like hot water should be verified and functional before guests arrive. ​Poor Communication Channels: Moving the conversation to WhatsApp created a lack of transparency. Booking.com support was unable to effectively intervene, likely due to the fragmented nature of the communication and dealing with multiple staff members. ​Broken Agreements: We relied on the promised discount to move forward with the stay. Had we known the owner would withdraw the offer, we would have booked one of the many other available properties in the same price range. ​Summary: While the owner showed willingness to fix maintenance issues as they arose, the overall experience was stressful. The last-minute switch, the failure to honor a negotiated discount, and the recurring utility issues made this a disappointing stay. We would not recommend this property for those seeking a reliable and stress-free family holiday.
